- Issue
- The headline names a product category. It doesn't say who it's for or what changes for them.
- Why it matters
- Cold visitors decide from the first screen whether to keep reading. A generic line gives them no reason to.
- Recommended change
- Lead with the buyer and the outcome. Replace “Learn more” with the real next step.
Conversion rate optimization for B2B businesses
Get more leads from the traffic you already have.
I find what's stopping your visitors becoming leads, write the fixes, mock them up, and design the tests to prove them.
Money back if your conversion rate doesn't move.

Where I've run growth and CRO
How much can your conversion rate improve?
B2B traffic is often too low for small tweaks to show up, so I make big, deliberate changes. Most of my tests win, and the winners average 40%+.
What is your conversion rate costing you?
Enter three numbers. The projection uses the ranges above.
Some of what I look for
- Message and positioningWho it's for (the buyer persona who signs), what you do, the problem in their words, why you over the alternatives.
- Narrative and processPage order, what happens after the click, the timeline and effort you ask of the buyer.
- Calls to actionOne clear next step, where it sits, what competes with it, how much it asks for and when.
- Trust and riskNamed proof, case studies, real people, price signals and guarantees near the point of decision.
- Forms and bookingFields, labels, qualifying questions, the booking flow and the thank-you page.
- Navigation and pathsMenus built around buyer questions, paths by persona or use case, dead ends.
- Microcopy and objectionsJargon, reassurance beside buttons and fields, objections answered, mobile layout.
- Traffic and measurementMessage match from ads and emails, tracking gaps, page speed.

What you get
Four parts for every issue I find: where it is, the fix, the why, what the fix looks like, and how to test it.
- 1 Headline names a category, not an outcome
- 2 “Learn more” is the only CTA above the fold
- 3 Customer logos sit below three screens of copy
- 4 Demo form asks for 6 fields before any value
- Hypothesis
- If the hero names the buyer and the outcome and offers a demo, more cold visitors will reach the demo form, because they can tell straight away the product is for them.
- Variant
- B: new headline, “Book a demo” as primary CTA, logo row moved above the fold.
- Primary metric
- Demo requests per unique visitor
- Guardrail metric
- Share of demo requests that qualify

“We're obsessed with growth. It's all we talk about. And one of the people who've really helped us adapt to the next phase of growth is Jayson. You feel that he is playing the long-game with you from the start.”

Jayson Robinson
I started at Deloitte Digital, moved into product management, and have spent most of the last decade running growth at B2B scale-ups. At Toptal I led a growth product team while ARR grew from the low hundreds of millions into the mid hundreds of millions. At BairesDev I was Senior Director of Growth Product: sitewide conversion went up 275% and we won 70% of our A/B tests. I've taught over 500 product managers, marketers and founders. I run VectorCRO alongside Polyviam, my strategy and coaching practice. I do every sprint myself. I'm based in London.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Conversion Sprint?
A Conversion Sprint is a fixed-price review of up to 10 key pages on your B2B website. I find what's stopping visitors becoming leads, then deliver the fixes with reasoning, before/after copy, mockups and A/B test designs, plus a video walkthrough. It's delivered in 5 days, with 30 days of implementation support and a money-back guarantee.
How much does a CRO audit cost?
A Conversion Sprint is $1,490, delivered in 5 days. With an editable Figma file of every change it is $2,990, delivered in 8 days. Both cover up to 10 key pages; additional pages are $250 each. The price is fixed and paid after the fit call.
What happens on the fit call?
In 30 minutes, I check your traffic and tracking are enough for this to work, and answer your questions and talk you through the process. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
Which tier do I need? Do I need the Figma file?
If you have a designer or developer who works in Figma, take Conversion Sprint + Figma. If a developer will build straight from the mockups, the standard Conversion Sprint is enough.
How much traffic do I need?
You need enough monthly visitors that a real improvement shows up clearly in your numbers. The minimum depends on your current conversion rate, so I check it on the fit call.
Who is a Conversion Sprint for?
B2B companies with steady traffic to their website who want more leads from it: typically B2B tech products seeking enhanced PLG and funnel effectiveness, and lead generation websites for high-ticket services businesses. It isn't for pre-launch sites or sites with very little traffic, where changes won't show up in the numbers.
How long until I see results?
The sprint is delivered in 5 days (8 with Figma). Results start once the fixes are live. The guarantee compares 90 days before implementation with 90 days after, so allow about three months for a clear read. A/B tests typically need 4+ weeks to mature.
Do you implement the changes?
No. You get the fixes, copy, mockups and test designs, and your team or developer builds them. 30 days of implementation support is included, so you can ask questions while they do.
Do you run the A/B tests?
I design them: hypothesis, variant, primary metric, and guardrail metrics. You run them in your own testing tool.
If you do not have a testing tool, or cannot run a true A/B test, we can use a pre/post test instead. This compares performance before and after the change. It is less reliable than a randomised A/B test, but can still provide useful evidence when the periods, traffic mix, and other variables are controlled carefully.
What access do you need?
Read access to your analytics (GA4 or equivalent) and the list of pages to review. If you have them, heatmap or session-recording tools and lead data from your CRM help too.
Which website platforms do you work with?
Any. The recommendations don't depend on your platform, so they work for Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Framer or a custom build. The Figma file is ready to hand over to whoever builds your site.
What if my conversion rate doesn't improve?
If your conversion rate doesn't improve by at least 20%, you get a full refund. The conditions are in the guarantee.
Who does the work?
I do, personally. Every Conversion Sprint is done by me, Jayson Robinson, and nothing is outsourced.
How is this different from an agency retainer?
A Conversion Sprint has a fixed scope and a fixed price, and is delivered in five days. There is no retainer and no ongoing commitment.
Why pay for this instead of reading free CRO advice?
Generic CRO advice gives generic fixes. A Conversion Sprint is specific to your site, your buyers and your funnel.
Can I book another sprint later?
Yes. You can book another Conversion Sprint whenever you like, for example for a different set of pages or once you've implemented the first round of fixes.
