Privacy notice

Last updated 5 October 2026

This notice explains how Productvamp Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through vectorcro.com, during Conversion Sprints and in related communications. It is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

VectorCRO is a trading name of Productvamp Ltd, a company registered in England (company no. 11046546). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. For privacy questions, contact hello@vectorcro.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide. Name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include when you book a call or email us.
  • Booking data. We use Cal.com for bookings. Cal.com processes your name, email and chosen time on our behalf, under its own privacy notice.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. This collects pseudonymous data such as device and browser type, pages viewed and referring URL. We do not use it to identify individuals.
  • Client analytics during a sprint. To analyse your site, we may need access to your analytics or related tools. Any personal data about your own visitors in those tools is processed only to deliver the sprint, on your instructions.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.

The conversion calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.

Why we use it

  • To reply to enquiries, run fit calls and deliver Conversion Sprints.
  • To send invoices and meet our accounting obligations.
  • To understand site performance and improve the site.
  • To protect the site against abuse.

Legal bases

We rely on the following bases under UK GDPR Article 6:

  • Legitimate interests for replying to enquiries, analytics and security.
  • Contract for delivering a sprint you've bought.
  • Legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
  • Consent where the law requires it, for example for non-essential cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service:

  • Google Workspace (email and documents)
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (site analytics)
  • Cloudflare (hosting)
  • Cal.com (booking)
  • Our accountants, where needed for bookkeeping and tax

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails: typically 24 months after our last exchange. Client records and invoices: 7 years, to meet HMRC requirements. Access to your analytics tools: removed when the sprint and its 30-day support period end. Google Analytics: 14 months. Server logs: short rolling windows set by our provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where we relied on it.
  • Data portability for data you provided.

To exercise any of these, email hello@vectorcro.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage for analytics and for the embedded Cal.com booking widget. You can clear or block them through your browser settings.
